Chloe Chen was crowned Miss Malaysia World 2011 on August 20, 2011. She will receive a Cash Prize of RM200,000 and the right to represent Malaysia in Miss World 2011 in London this November. Pamela Tam was the 1st Runner Up of Miss World Malaysia 2011. Chua Yee See was the 2nd Runner Up of Miss World Malaysia 2011.

The 23-year-old is accused of breaking competition rules about naked pictures. The mum of one said the photos were not fully nude, insisting: "I'm a genuine girl with good morals."

Model Dam Thu Trang, one of the top 20 contestants of Miss Vietnam 2010, is to bare all for artists to paint natural symbols on her body to support Earth Day on March 26.
Before joining this project, Trang learnt about body painting. She said that the art has existed for centuries and has a close attachment to human beings and nature.

The earth is suffering many natural disasters, which are partly caused by human activities. Trang wishes to do something that is meaningful for herself and the community.

For the body-art project, Trang had to abstain from food from the morning to the afternoon and was nude for six hours to allow three painters to paint on her body.

Holly Carpenter was crowned Miss Ireland 2011 on August 13, 2011

Holly Carpenter was crowned Miss Ireland 2011 on August 13, 2011 at the D4 Berkeley Hotel in Dublin. Holly is 19 year old and stands 1.77 m. She will represent Ireland in Miss World 2011 Pageant. The first runner-up was Rebecca Maguire. The second runner-up was Aisling Alcock.

Holly Carpenter from Raheny in Dublin is the representative of all the Universities in Ireland this year’s iMiss Ireland Pageant which took place in Ballsbridge Dublin on August 13th. Holly is 19 and going into her second year at NCAD in Textiles. Fun loving Holly likes art and crafts, taking pictures and fancy dress and was once mistaken for Kin Kardashian in New York! She said “I love Ireland and would be proud to represent my country. Let’s face it, I wouldn’t be able to do it for sport or the Eurovision but this is something I can do. I’m down to earth, up for the craic and have green eyes – Irish or what.”
