Earlier this week, we reported that veteran group Turtle would be officially regrouping after the death of leader Turtleman in 2008.
On April 20th, Pine Tree Entertainment finally unveiled the new male rapper to complete the trio for their “Protagonist” promotions, Lee Kang. Although
a newcomer to the group, Lee Kang boasts 10 years of experience as a
rapper. He was born in 1981 and graduated the same high school as singer Kim Tae Woo.
Lee Kang stated, “I’m very worried over joining a group in such a
big position, but I’ll always be working my hardest and I’m determined
to do my best. I’ll make sure that I do not bring harm to the name of
‘Turtle.’”
Earlier this month, Lee Kang attended the memorial service
for Turtleman and greeted his family. The completed trio will be making
their official comeback with the release of “Protagonist” on the 28th.
