Untouchable expresses their regret about idol music dominating the music industry Published On Monday, May 23, 2011

In a recent interview with TVDaily, hip hop duo Untouchable discussed how the digital music industry is reaching an unhealthy level of competition.
According to the duo, it’s becoming more and more difficult to survive in the music industry. Member Sleepy started with, “Because of the worsened competition in the digital music area, I’m upset about the current situation where it’s difficult to do music with just music.
He continued, “I wish that the genres (in the music industry) comes to include various other genres such as hip-hop and rock, and not just idol music.
His groupmate The Action also expressed his honest feelings with, “Right now, the situation’s such that you can only put your life on the line for online charts. I don’t think there’s anyone else [on the charts] except for people who want to make songs that get you hooked in one minute. When I see that, I feel frustrated, but it’s not a completely bad thing, either. So I’m just sad about the current reality, where provocative music is made calculatingly.
Meanwhile, Untouchable is currently pursuing activities with their digital singleYOU YOU’, which has charmed fans in its unique combination of rock and hip hop sounds.
