Identical twins Hwayoung and Hyoyoung of 5dolls and T-ara, respectively, recently made guest appearances on the KBS show “Sponge Zero” in a demonstration of special effects used in old films.
The girls re-enacted a scene from Terminator 2 in which the female lead sits before a mirror and removes a chip from her own brain. To the surprise of guests on the show, the two girls acted perfectly in sync with an empty mirror frame in between them. From head to toe they were dressed and made-up identically, and they flawlessly re-created the scene.
Though simultaneous acting is clearly a difficult thing to do, as the pair must match everything from speech to minor hand gestures, the twins are said to have mastered the task within just a few practices and highly impressed the staff members.
